You may return your order, or part of it, and request a replacement within 90 business days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition and packaging.
- Be complete, without any damage.
- Not have been used.
- Be accompanied by all relevant documents (receipt or invoice).
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered or is defective (e.g., a broken bottle), the return shipping costs will be covered by www.steelseal.gr. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order by contacting our Order Department via phone or email using the details above.
Order cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.
Return of Non-Defective Products – Right of Withdrawal
Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the customer’s bank account. The refund process may take up to 7 days, and any bank charges are borne solely by the customer.
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised without providing any reason and without penalty, provided that:
- The product is returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received.
- All accessories, manuals, documentation, and original packaging are included and remain in excellent condition.
Returns will only be accepted if the customer has paid any shipping costs incurred by the Company for delivering the product, as well as the return shipping costs.
The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing or electronically. The Company will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request as soon as it is received.
Following the withdrawal request, the Company will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned products.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Credit Card Payments
If payment was made by credit card and the funds have already been transferred to the Company, the Company will notify the issuing bank to cancel the transaction. The bank will then process the refund according to its agreement with the customer.
The Company bears no responsibility for the time required by the bank to complete the refund process.
If the original payment was made in installments, the refund will also be processed in installments.
Cash Payments
If the customer selected Store Pickup, the refund will be made at the store where the order was collected.
Bank Transfer Payments
If payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be issued to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
Customer Liability
The customer is liable to compensate the Company if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality before exercising the right of withdrawal.
Customers should inspect products based solely on the information provided on the external packaging and any additional information supplied by the Company, without opening the packaging or putting the product into operation.
The Company is happy to provide additional information regarding the nature and operation of its products upon request.
If the product packaging has been opened or the product has been used, its value may be reduced as it is then considered a used product. In such cases, the customer is responsible for compensating the Company for the reduction in value.
The amount of depreciation will be assessed individually by the Company.
The Company may agree with the customer on compensation, including by way of mutual offsetting.
If returned products are damaged or incomplete, the online store reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer based on the condition of the returned products and may offset such compensation against any refund due.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply once the product has been used.
Furthermore, no money-back guarantee is offered solely because the customer did not achieve the desired results from using the product.
